Due to anticipated demand, all registrations will be reviewed to create a competitive, balanced experience. Registration does not guarantee acceptance.

Please do not send payment until your registration is confirmed. Your registration is confirmed only when you receive an email from the Tournament Chair. Payment is due within three days of confirmation to secure your spot.

Refund Policy: No refunds are issued after confirmation unless the tournament is cancelled due to exceptional circumstances or a replacement team fills your spot.
